Cut the pm run short, had a few chores at home to take care of. The reduced mileage is welcome as well, especially if I run 20 on Saturday.

Hooray for shorts days.Today was an awesome day to be out running I am still hesitant to go the shorts route,still bundling up...well kinda.I did run in the afternoon in my tights with and a light jacket instead of thermals and sweat pants :)

It's surprising how warm shorts are. From the waist up i'm pretty bundled up, including gloves and something on my head.
