I Can't believe I ran in the SNOW today!

One mile warm up followed by three hill repeats. Finished off with three more miles for a cool down.

I was going to run the memorial day 5K in Woods Cross but I remembered it too late!

Nothing today I wanted to do 16 but had an unexpected babysitting job. My daughter-in-law got a shift at work so I had to watch my grandson from 5:00am until 12:00pm

This race is so much fun and totally not about running but about being with my family. I did want to do better this year over last year and I did. I had a 30 second PR over last year. However last year I got 3rd Place and this year I got 4th. Not sure why that bothers me but it does! I have not been able to see the results on line so I am wondering what time they have me down for.

I really need to do that hill mile faster!
