Nine miles 9:13 pace for the first 7 and then the last 2 at 8:20 just to get them over with.

It is a combination of Phitz and Higdon that I kind of threw together. This is the first time I have used it so we will see how it goes.

Kathie ~ I am using Pfitz 55/12 while Karen is on Higdon's Intermediate I. Since I'm sorta training with her, my schedule is a mesh of the two as well. I do need to throw in some hill workouts though!
