Leg felt great again but my endurance is gone...not sure if 9 weeks is enough to get into marathon shape!

Personally I think you will be in 9 weeks easy. I was able to amp up my training enough to do it. It just wont be a PR effort. If your ok with it I am sure you can do it. You have already done all the hard work. Its just getting back use to going long.

You are going to be fine!!! :)

You are so fit and so healthy ... you will back bounce quickly! :) :) :)

(Wait ... I mean bounce back. But who knows, you might just be a very proficient back bouncer as well!!)

Love ya!

No worries!!! 9 weeks is plenty time to build the endurance back!

See if you like this Sat. long runs build up starting this Sat.

16, 14, 18, 20, 17, 15, 20, 14, 10, 26.2 or a less conservative one:

16, 14, 20, 17, 18, 17, 21, 16, 12, 26.2

Either one gives you two 20 milers and that is all that you'll need. If you feel like you can run three 20 milers then run it in between the two 17 milers instead of the 18.

Nine weeks sounds better than my six weeks when we get back from Disneyland. LOL. We can do it....right?
