Ok I am hurt...STINK! I think I was compensating trying not to hurt my heel and now both my heel and shin hurt. It was to the point that I could only do 3.5 of the 6 I had planned to do today. Even when I lifted weights it hurt to even put weight on my shin. It is not really the shin where the pain starts, it is in the front part of my ankle and the pain radiates up the shin. I have ice on it now and I think I will skip my 6 mile run tomorrow and just do a spin class not sure where to take it from there. Lifted for legs added dead lifts to the routine Spin - Shin didn't hurt.
