6 miles, legs felt really great today. I think walking yesterday was a good choice so I could get a good quality work out in today.
splits: 9:06, 8:54, 8:22, 9:18, 8:40, 8:56
Ran the big hill mile more than 20 seconds faster than last time I ran it.

Awesome recovery and run. Right on with the 20 sec pr on that hill. Veyo is going to have nothing on you this year.

Nice job on the hill Kathie!! :)
I think I might start some hillwork this Thursday. I'm dreading it ... I know it is going to kick my trash. (I'll start out with little baby hills! :))

I had to have Mark show me what "Veyo" was. I agree with him, you'll absolutely kill Veyo if you can keep having hill work-outs like that!
P.S. So what's a girl gotta do to get on your "favorite blogs?!"

Kristi - you are so funny I have not changed my favorite blog list since day one! I just go to MarcEs's blog and then use his favorites list to go to yours. Sorry I will add you now that you have brought it to my attention.

Nice run Kathie. You are doing well after just having raced this weekend. Which hill is the 'big hill?'

GOOD JOB Kathie, those are some fast hill pace. You're training smart. Awesome recovery after WBR. You're gonna be so ready for SGM.

Great job on the hills! You are an animal! I wish I had your drive to go out an run hills more often.
