four easy miles 9:13. While on the treadmill I noticed that our gym has a rowing machine. I has not noticed it before but then again I am not very observant! Any way I was bored on the treadmill so I thought I would give it a go for ten minutes before I lifted weights. I loved it! It really worked the back of my legs and my back itself. Has anyone used a rowing machine in training? Will it help my running? I think I may add it in more often just because it was a change. Lifted for legs Yoga
