sunday morning, taking back the streets.  64 degrees.  June was way too hot.  July has been considerably more pleasant.  Most nights it gets into the low sixties, which is good enough.  It's not Flagstaff, but it's sufficient.

Max will be home in 3.5 weeks.  10 days at home, then on to Logan for more school.  Can't wait to see him.

Ran to the baseball park with 2 on bikes and jack in the stroller.  They played and yelled while I ran 3 laps. Cool evening; perfect.

freedom hills and back, with Jack and Ash.  While they played at the park, I did one switchback.  The hill just makes you keep going, even when giving a hard effort.  I've been too lazy for that on the road lately.
