Good running on a cold morning in St. George.  Along the Santa Clara river trail, and a little bit on Virgin.  The parks and trails down here are fantastic.  Too bad the majority of  Centerville's past leaders lacked vision.

Virgin river trail from the confluence to Bloomington and beyond.  Is the river poopy?  I mean, of course it is from cows.  But what about effluent from municipal waste water?
