Grew up in St. George, UT where I ran at Desert Hills High School from 2012-2015. I spent the next 2 years in Rancagua, Chile as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

3 in the morning. 6 in the afternoon (2 mile warm up, 2 mile tempo run, 2 mile cool down). My leg kind of started to hurt again today after the tempo run so I'm crossing my fingers that a little stretching and icing will make it go away soon.
No morning practice today. 7 miles total in the afternoon (1 mile warm up, 6x400m with 400m recovery jog, 4xMcGruff's revenge, 4x200m finishes). I was feeling pretty good today but my leg is still bothering me quite a bit.
Easy 6 miles today on the Zen trail. I've never ran on this trail and it was probably one of the funnest trails I've ever run. Good run today, my leg was feeling a little better so that's good.
