Grew up in St. George, UT where I ran at Desert Hills High School from 2012-2015. I spent the next 2 years in Rancagua, Chile as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

3 miles in the morning. 6 in the afternoon (3 mile warm up, 6x1:00 hard w/ 1:00 easy recovery jog, cool down to school). I need to really strengthen my core because I probably had the worst side-ache of my life today.
Easy 6 over by the Thatchers. It was a way fun run because Ben kind of just led us wherever we really wanted to go. Even though there was a lot of hills it was still probably one of the funnest runs I've been on this year.
