| I didn't go to morning practice today. In the afternoon we did 8 total (1 mile warm up on track with Alyse, 4 McGruff's revenge, 8x400m at 1:23, 4x200m finishes, cool down to get mileage). Me, Josh, and Riley went at our designated pace pretty well until the last 100m when every time when Riley (a.k.a. Sunshine) pushed the pace, no matter how much you yelled at him to slow down. So we finished a few seconds fast each time. |
