| 3 in the morning. 6 easy out on the trails by hidden valley with 6x:20 pick ups on the way back. It always seems to be super muddy when we do our trail runs. First day wearing my new shoes too, how convenient. |

| Really nice easy mileage today. 3 in the morning and in the afternoon. A little after half way through we saw a glowing light thing in the sky, we all had our different ideas to what it was, but I think we all agreed that it was pretty sweet! I later found out when I got home that it was a missile test, pretty cool! |
