| 3 easy in the morning. Afternoon workout was on the trails behind Bloomington Hills Park. 8 miles total (2 mile warm up, 30 min tempo run, 1 mile cool down back to the park). I was feeling pretty good today. My legs are a little sore right now but they'll be fine by tomorrow. Solid team workout today. We are ready for Murray on Friday. |

| We jogged the course before the race. It was a really fun course. I didn't have a great race but the team did well. We took 6th overall and 1st 3A. Now it's all about focussing on next week at Herriman. |
