AM: No morning run for me today.
PM: 6 total (2.5 mile warm up, 2 mile power run, cool down to get mileage). I felt a lot better today than I did last time. My shins felt fine today during the power run but hurt a little on the cool down so I iced again today. Hopefully I won't have to wear my compression socks by sometime next week. |

| Me, Brigham, and Darian showed up to this park out in Washington where we were supposed to be running today. To make a long story short, Josh Thatcher was the only other person there, we couldn't really find a trail to run on, so we bush-wacked for almost 2 hours and only got 5 miles in. |
