No morning practice today. 7 mile Michigan workout in the afternoon (1 mile warm up, 1 mile on track at 5k pace, 1 mile on road at 10k pace, 1200 on track at a little faster than 5k pace, 1 mile on road at 10k pace, 800 on track at a little faster than 5k pace, all out 400 on track). It was good to be on the track again for my first ever Michigan workout, having been a little banged up the previous two times. I felt pretty good with the workout today, although my stomach was feeling a bit upset. |
