3 miles in the morning. .5 mile warm up then 7 miles(2 mile warm up, 4x1 mile repeats w/ 3 min recovery, 1 mile cool down) in the afternoon at the region course. Good workout today for me. Really pushed myself on the last one and tried to stick with Josh. I think it's these bigger workouts that are really going to help me accomplish some of my goals that I'm really working for this season. |
