Great run!

Most of the run I was going around 6:50 pace.  It ended up 7:19 over all because the first mile was a little under 8 min pace and then had a few killer up hills!

Felt so good though!

On a side note: Ending the night with a cookie, ice cream and pumpkin bread may sound good at the time, but it'll come back to get you! My tummy was not too happy with me haha.

Thought about going .77 more ...then, I didn't. 

I really need to sleep more.  I think I've been averaging 6 hours a sleep a night for the past few weeks.  It hit me today!  I went running with a girl on my team.  We took it nice and easy and chatted the whole way :)

 I FINALLY figured out what all this nonsense is about the push-ups and pull ups and what not were.  I decided to join the band wagon, and I brought my dad along with me!

 We just did the push-ups tonight, starting on week 3:

push ups= 14, 14, 18, 14, 41 (my dad only did 40. heh :) )

 Had a final, and work, and work again, and had to write a paper... running didn't happen :(

Did the same run I did on Monday.  It was probably about 25 degrees colder and I was running into the wind pretty much the whole time.  So i'm going to credit myself as pushing it a little harder :)

 

Push-ups with dad=

Woke up early to get my run in!  Busy busy Day today :)

 Had a dress fitting appointment at 10, then my best friend Lacey got married at 11! 

She looked so gorgeous and just glowed coming out of the temple.  We took lots of pictures and then headed down to the provo library for catered Cafe Rio. So good!  I have about an hour before I head to her reception, then after the reception I'm heading down to Cedar City to see my big ol' finance graduate! :)

Between Nate's graduation and his meet, I had very little time to run!  Ran 3 miles to the meet, then cooled down a mile with nate after his race.  My whole right hip/butt/SI joint have been giving me some pain.  So I called it good with 4 miles.
