Tuesday Speed Day! WU: 1.5 miles 3 sets of 800,400,200,200 with equal rest. the 800's were suppose to be at 5k pace, 400's at 3k pace, and 200's at mile pace. I went 2:50 for the 800s, 80's for the 400's and 37's for the 200's. After the workout was over I had a ton left... definitely should have pushed it a little more. I enjoyed myself way too much haha. I still got in a work out though, and getting ready to race a 5k at the BYU meet this weekend! |
