Met the BBK's for our 4x5k workout at the SJ park. The plan was to not push it too hard and run mostly at marathon pace. The first one was 8:25 avg. The second 8:20 avg. The third 8:08 avg. The fourth 8:05 avg. My legs were so tired and heavy today. The pace felt fine, but I don't feel like I could have run much faster if I had wanted. I haven't slept well in a few weeks and it is catching up to me. |
