Michelle and I drove up to Draper to run Wasatch Blvd.  It was soo windy there that we decided to come back to my house to run.   We ran out to 11800 and made our way up Glenmoor.  Then we ran on 4800 W. North to 7800 S. and back.  It was very windy going  South.  I know that  slowed us down quite a bit.  Our Average pace was 8:42.  We ran the last three miles close to marathon pace.   One bathroom stop for me at mile 5.  I felt pretty good.  I had some pains in my feet.   Gu at miles 7 and 14.

Met some of the group this morning as Cheris' house.  We ran from her house to the park and then ran the Riverton 10k route.  Then we ran down 1300 w. and back through the neighborhoods.  I ran with Cheris, Jody, and Cheryl.  It was a great recovery run.  My legs are still a little tired from the 20 miler yesterday but not sore.   Average pace 9:02.

Met the BBK's at Parkway Palisades.  We ran a 2.5 mile warm up.   Then I ran 4.6 more miles including lots of hills.  My legs were heavy and tired so I didn't push it.  Average pace 8:38.    I can't decide if I should even run tomorrow or just take it off.

I almost didn't run today, but I'm glad I did.  I ran 7 miles on the treadmill.  Mostly at 9:13 pace.  My legs were still tired but not as bad.

I met Angela, Peggy, Cheris and Michelle M. at 5:00 am so we could get in 3 extra miles before the big 3 x 5k workout.  My legs were still heavy.  Maybe everyone feels like this and I'm just a complainer.  The first 3 miles we tried to take a little easier so Michelle N. could warm up a little.  

3.1 miles in 25:05 (average pace 8:00) Sorry Michelle, not much of a warm up.

3.0 miles in 23:16 (average pace 7:43)

3.0 miles in 22:58 (average pace 7:36)

I had to run straight to my car to get home for my kids.  So no cool down.  I felt like it was a great work out.

8 very boring treadmill miles.  My legs felt pretty good.  I ran very slow.  I'm looking forward to our running group's little 1/2 marathon tomorrow.   Cheryl is great and has mapped out a course for us.

What a fun run today.  Cheryl put together a little half marathon for our group.  We had a great turn out of about 18 people.  Michelle's husband Jared was our water boy.  It was so nice to not have to carry our water.  And I think it gave us something to look forward to.  I warmed up for about 3 miles before we started.  Then cooled down for .5 miles before rushing off to my son's football game.

The first 4 to 5 miles were mostly uphill.  My miles splits were 8:28, 8:38, 9:03, 8:34, 7:59, 7:25, 7:38, 8:16, 7:09, 7:39, 7:24, 7:57, and 7:32.  Overall time 1:44. (pace 7:59)

I ran mostly with Angela and Michelle.  I felt pretty good the whole time.  I think I may be sore tomorrow.
