Cheris and I ran 5 easy recovery miles in 44 minutes. I don't have any soreness from the marathon. I'm looking forward to starting our training for the St. George marathon. We plan on running a lot more miles this time.
One hour cycle class. My guess is that it would be equal to a 6 mile run.
I ran a nice slow run with Cheris. We are looking forward to running with our fun group again next week. (9:06 avg pace)
Nice comfortable run at 8:41 average pace.
We tried to run the middle 3 miles at about an 8:00 pace. Average for the run was 8:45.
