I met the BBK's at 10200 S. and 3200 W. I felt so much better today than I have in a while. It was very windy going South. I love running with the group. It was a good run.

Way to keep it up. I've been slacking, glad you haven't.
I've also meant to comment that I never realized how tall Slaughter is.
Paul- After all the miles you put in this past summer, you deserve to slack a little. I think Slaughter just looks tall because I am so short.
Peggy- I love that you have been running slower than usual lately. It's been great for me to be able to run with you.
