End of XC. No strava tax today! I ran 4.14 thinking Strava would tax me to 4.13. AC with the whole team. I learned Jake is the Josh Allen of his school. Fun way to wrap up the season running as family crew. 4.14 miles

Ran from a appointment home. Felt a little  off in my groinal/hernia region. Once again I ran 6.13 but strava is short changing me.

Good run with the girls up into Middleton talking about life and Stranger Things. My watch says I ran 4.36 miles and if you add 4+3+6 you get 13. 4.36 miles

Best way to test the hernia is running on loose rock and switch backs. Right calf got so tight I had to switch my calf sleeve. Had to do some climbing at the end. 6.33 miles
