I came into this morning feeling really confident that I would be able to crank out some good mileage with no pain. Thanks to some nice treadmill running on my cruise I had some good postitive vibes about my leg. Then first day of xc I get out towards the dirt mile and the same pains came circling back. I do not understand how I can run fine on a treadmill but be hurting on a dirt trail. I might have to see a doctor so I can figure out whats up. I want to have a healthy xc season so I can help the kids!
