Pm- mile repeats. We did 3x1600. We did 10 seconds faster than goal race pace, 15 seconds slower, and 5 second s faster than goal. It was overall a great workout! I stayed well in the pack and I didn't fall off! We hit the times real solid and it was fun. The cool down was very slow
Pm- 15 minute tempo at 7:15 pace. Then we had 10x 100/100 at as fast as you can go, then at float pace. It was a very hard workout but I felt soooo good!! I held it out really good in the 100's I stayed with Meskerem for the first few, she would go harder on the fast part and I would catch her on the float. I kept it really strong and I felt great. and I just felt overall good :)
