Weights and 15 minutes//1.7 miles
I am making this partially up, cuz I forgot my watch. 15ish minute warm and 5x100 strides. Then we started the time trial. It was alright. My belly felt really sick, it kinda felt weird all day, but way worse when we ran. It was a decent run tho. My time got faster, which was good. I thought it was gonna be way slower. 12:33 was approximately my time. I was 5th on the team. Then we ran around for like 10 more minutes looking for Jess so we would do our workout. Then we just ended up doing the first repeat cuz we couldn't find her. 3x600's at pace and each one 3 seconds faster. They were all decent. 2:29,2:26,2:24 cooled for like 10 minutes 55 minutes//6 miles
