95 minutes//10 miles. We had a real good run today! We ran up grapevine to coral canyon, around a trail up there for a little and down telegraph. It was a good run! I felt pretty good :)

Am- 40 minutes//4.85 miles. We did half road half grass. And 6 striders today 

Pm- 15 minutes//1.8 miles. before the dope pool party at leadership camp. I felt pretty good!

50 minutes//5.55 miles down the turtle trail, it felt alright, my legs were dying today.

Am- 60 minutes// 7.3 miles  tempo today! It was real good considering that I was sick and couldn't breathe half the time. I struggled hard core the first 10 minutes, but the next 18 were real good! 

Pm-16 minutes//1.75 miles at the high school after weights

Ran at the region course this morning. We did the 2 mile loop and then ran on the trails. And then striders. 50 minutes//5.9 miles

Wow. That was was seriously the hardest run of my entire life. It was so HOT! No one talked much so it gave me a lot of time to just think, I only went 58 minutes//6.2
