Am- 65 minutes of pure awesomeness//7 miles pretty good workout today! I will forever be grateful for when we do 100's cuz I love them very much. Anyways, 2x800 at cv pace, 4x400 at 1:13,1:15,1:11,1:09, and 4x100 at 400 pace good workout. Seems to always tighten my hamstrings for a few days tho, so hopefully they recover quicker than usual
