6 miles down the road from our campsite in carlsbad! such a nice run. kept it short cuz we were planning on hiking all day.

well, it rained really hard last night and our shoes were out drying... nontheless, they didnt get dry and were absolutely soaking. none of us had backup shoes, so running was a no go today

Warm, 80% in 19:16. It was rough. Then 9x400s after at 3k pace. 86,62,86,84,84,84,84,84,83. Kept it consistent instead of trying to kill the beginning ones..

 Warmup and then 1500. 5:01. And a decent start to the season. Only a second off of Brighton and close to Julieta and Morgan. Definitely better than I thought considering everything. Sad I was the last person in the fast heat but also cool I guess!
