Oooh. My gosh. Its so rainy today and fetching windy and i have a cold and I am so over this weather. But we had a 60%, we couldnt do the usual route because it was so rainy. So we did it at Bicent. it was literally the worst thing ever. On the down hill, it was so easy to go fast. but the uphill got you sooooo hard. there were points when i was running up the hill and i was going 9 minute pace becuase it was so windy. Anways, it was definitely a 60 based on feel and not pace.
Bright side: only 4 of us finished and i was one of them and i wasnt even that far behind haley or madison (but she started after us lol), anyways, it was fine.
Weights after, didnt even do them beucase i was so cold and my stomach was wrecked and i kept coughing and felt and looked like I was gonna die. Coach I told me and sharlie we could just lift tomorrow cuz i felt so crappy and thank heavens for that.
