Warm, 80%. I was really kinda nervous cuz I really haven’t done anything but mileage in about a month. Coach set our paces and I was gonna try for the slowest end, which would be about 60% pace. Anyways, started and just decided to hang with Morgan and Haley as long as possible. They did some laps with a few barriers so I figured it was a good goal. I stuck pretty close to them the whole time and I felt really good through the whole thing. Lost contact about 2 miles in but I kept pushing and ended up beating my 80% pr by 24 seconds making it 18:34. I even felt like there was more there. Super excited for outdoor. The hills were a beast after but I pushed through. I really have like negative speed st this point so I was very far behind but it was good for me.
