Weights and 15 minutes in the morning. 1.6 miles
15 minute warm and then 1500 time trial. I honestly did lots better than I thought I would. I ran 5:18 somethin. Not the best but a good start. My hamstrings felt fine during the race but tightened up real bad after. Did an 800 at cv pace and then cooled down. 33 minutes total. 4.35 miles total
