80 minutes into the fields. My hamstrings were so tight. The tightest ever. I dont know why they get so tight, but it's real annoying. I was having a little bit of a hard time especially on the pickups (4x1:00 w/ 4 min recovery), but I made it.

We didn't go super fast on our run today. Actually pretty slow, but it was much needed. We ran temple quarry trail. My hamstrings felt so much better today and I actually wanted to run today because my legs felt good. 40 minutes

60 minutes and 7? Miles today. We did a 10 minute warmup and then we did 6x1:00 intervals. The first 3 at 7:00 pace, the next 3 at 6:40.  Then we ran a lap. Then we did 5x30 second intervals at 6:20 pace. Then a lap. Then 5x30 second intervals at 6:20 pace again. Then a lap. Then 6x1:00 intervals again. The first 3 at 6:40 pace, the next 3 at 7:00. Then cool down 10 minutes. 'Twas a great workout, nice and pretty chill paces. It was fun

None run today. Got some lidocaine shots in my hamstrings. Hopefully they get better

40 minutes. 20 warm and 10 minutes of tempo and then 10 cool. I wasn't allowed to kill it today. But it felt alright. My legs were still a little sore. But feel better

5.5 miles and 45 minutes with the ladies. We met at Sullivan and it rained. It was glorious!
