60 minutes and 7? Miles today. We did a 10 minute warmup and then we did 6x1:00 intervals. The first 3 at 7:00 pace, the next 3 at 6:40. Then we ran a lap. Then we did 5x30 second intervals at 6:20 pace. Then a lap. Then 5x30 second intervals at 6:20 pace again. Then a lap. Then 6x1:00 intervals again. The first 3 at 6:40 pace, the next 3 at 7:00. Then cool down 10 minutes. 'Twas a great workout, nice and pretty chill paces. It was fun
