This week has been awesome running! I haven't felt this good in months. My legs haven't given me any problems and I've finally been able to run back to back days. I ran 4 miles yesterday just under 29 minutes and my last mile was around 6:50. Today I ran 5 miles in 36.30. I haven't done that in quite a while. Every 3rd run has been a tempo run, I've been doing tempo running for about a month and a half now and it definitely has helped with my pace and endurance. Hopefully I'll keep improving and stay injury free.
