AM Run -- I slept in again this morning so I didn't get out on my run until 0630. It was raining lightly, the streets were wet, and it was not really that cold. I loved the run. I ran the three miles without a break. I am excited that my endurance has improved. I will keep working at it this month. My goal in December is to improve 10% in my mileage from November. Overall that will be 73 miles. That will be a mix of three and four miles a day.
