| AM- beautiful morning, 60 deg. Ankle feeling better but I'm being cautious so did 60 min bike.
Lunch- Very uneven teams today- my team was definite underdogs, and everyone recognized the big disparity (they probably had the 4 best throwers, and all of them were fast runners, while my team only had 3 runners). During the first 30 minutes, we got skunked. But then the real game started, and my team somehow won 5-2, aided by a tough zone defense and lots of hard work and patience. It had to be one of the biggest upsets I've seen. Then 5v5 game to 3, that we lost 3-1.

| AM- working from home today to watch the kids, so morning run around home. 5 miles, starting 8:50, ending 8:00 ish. Slow. Cut it a bit short due to leg twinging just a bit. Being cautious.

| AM 50 min xt
Lunch- 22 people for frisbee so we did 2 fields. My team won our first game 5-2, then got whupped by the other winning team, 5-2. In our defense, the other team was completely stacked. We still stood a chance if we didn't have some terrible turnovers right at the start and gave them a 4-0 lead.
