I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos! And I have the absolute best wife in the world. And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!
Lunch- Wanted to run 6 miles but it was so hot out (in the 90's with feels just below 100) that I cut it short and only did 4. I'm not in the same kind of shape I used to be to run so many miles in the heat. I guess being older, fatter, and slower will do that to a person.
Lunch- woke up to a painful ankle yesterday for no reason I could figure out. Hurts when walking, but not to bend it. Took the day off. Went to the gym today to see if I could still run on it, and found no pain while running. 8 miles, then weights.
