5k < 17 Personal: 400m/800m competitively in track in high school. Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010. Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6. I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN. I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN. Originally from Lexington, KY.

8:30am: 13.8 miles out and back from Mill Race (mostly on grassy ditch/UT Strips) - 2hours
12:30pm: 10 mile out and back Carr Hill and Youth Camp - just under 90 minutes.
Lots of miles this weekend - last stimulus and hopefully in time to reap the benfits August 11 in the Hot hot 100k in KY.

| 2 hour run in Brown County State Park. 11.5 miles on Trail 9, 5, 4, Ole Lake, etc. Saw Chasity, Kurt, and a bunch of mountain bikers, slow hikers nad other fun obstacles along the way.
