Long Run workout: 4x20min. AT with 4 minute recovery jog + 7 x pickups on some rollers
Solid workout this morning. Out and back down CR 400 - North to South to North. Kept the AT miles within the range after got the emergency No. 2 done in the first rep, and then lasted until the last mile of the last rep. Legitmately looking at about 6:40 pace for AT right now. Humidity and heat are definite factors for me this time of year in Indiana. Warm and overcast until the last 30 minutes when the sun came out and made things abit more difficult.
Carried a handheld with the gatorade electrolyte mix, and ate one of the caffenaitted Maurten gels with very little trouble.
