AM workout: 7x0.5mi. TH - running around the neighborhood - not the bestof workouts as I struggled with 5:45 pace. 11.3 total - 1:27
PM easy with a Segment half ass attempt. Didn't even run my fastest time much less grab that crown back. 8.2 miles - 61:46. Okay - so really this ended up being more of a moderate effort.
