TM racing the leaderboard. Longer workout in the virtual HM training series with one of the IFIT guys. warmed up for a mile or so, and then kept the miles over 9 mph, and varied speed and incline on my own. jumped up to over 10mph for some pickups. Went hard for the 60 minutes, and then cooled down. 10 miles in 1:08:36.
