| AM - TM gym - easy hour - 6.7 miles. Foam rolling afterward. Regretted not bringing headphones - had a 6am class led by a very "excited" trainer at gym pretty much right behind me as I ran on TM.

| 5k reps - Ctdwn to Race effort: 4x5k reps on TM - started really slow and worked down to AT. Drove over and hopped into local 5k race. 18:42 - was a solid effort for me to maintain 6min. pace. 16.1 total - about 2:05. Down to LExington for some party time with Alex.

| am - TM Long Run at Columbus gym. Clocked in at 8am. Battling seom bad Chili's fajitas to start off. Test of Tailwind electrolyte drink mix. Taste isn't the best, but, definitely can sub this mix with water (lighter = 1 scoop / 16oz.) for gels for 4 hours.
Reset 3 times, drank a couple of handhelds full of the Tailwind mix. Threw in 10x3:00 AT in last 4.5 miles. 27 miles total - 3:51:05. hopefully this is the first of several 100 mile+ weeks

| AM Long Run. Beautiful day outside and took the day off work. 7 am start fromm the house. Went out toward Grandview and continued on Bellaville Pike. 17 miles out and back. 17 miles (almost) exactly from house to the Horseman's entrance at BCSP. Left foot is feeling pretty inflammed, and really started breaking down after 28 miles. Mostly survived off Tailwind drink mix in a hydration pack. 4 scoops just about right mix for that amount of water. Fortunately, had a handheld also. 34 miles 5:11.

| AM - LR outside - big loop around Columbus from the gym. Went to gym to avoid rain that never came. Stepped foot in the gym and 2 olde folks decided to step in front of me and take 2 out of 3 of the new TM. Oh well - made my decision easier. 55-60 degrees and overcast for 2 hours - 14.22miles. Went in gym to finish up with weights and then planned 16-18 mi.
