am - TM Long Run at Columbus gym. Clocked in at 8am. Battling seom bad Chili's fajitas to start off. Test of Tailwind electrolyte drink mix. Taste isn't the best, but, definitely can sub this mix with water (lighter = 1 scoop / 16oz.) for gels for 4 hours.
Reset 3 times, drank a couple of handhelds full of the Tailwind mix. Threw in 10x3:00 AT in last 4.5 miles. 27 miles total - 3:51:05. hopefully this is the first of several 100 mile+ weeks
