Last week was a good week. I got in all my workouts along with yoga and weights. I ended up with probably too much "speed work" for where I am in building my base, so I am going to back off this week and only do one speed work out and my hills in my long run on Saturday. This is also a challenging week with everything going on at work so I am going to rest if I need it. Monday: 7 easy Tuesday: 4-6 ( we will see, I have a late meeting and will not get home until midnight on Monday) Wednsday: Yoga ( have to be at the office at 6 am, so again - we will see) Thursday: 7 moderate speed work out Friday: 4-6 Saturday: 10 - 12 w/ hills Total milage: 32 - 38
