Woke up feeling sick again - I am getting frustrated but given the current state of my life, it is to be expected. I started on vitamins despite the side effects and I am going to try to eat 3 meals a day and work on the content. I never thought I could miss meals and not notice, but I have found out I can and the quality of what I have been eating is horrible. Took the day off and hopefully by Monday I can be back at it, at least even for easy miles. Happy Running!
