6 miles in Omaha. The first 4 were hilly and the last 2 were out and back on the bridge that crosses the Platte into Iowa. Amazing how much better it felt with the dew point in the low 60's.
8 miles around TCU in the oven that is FW. Very hot and humid this morning. Ran the first 5 with Wendy lapping the Track, Baseball field and out to University to and back by the stadium to get the hills (x2) and the a third lap by myself and sprints in the parking lot to finish up.
