Today was one of the hardest runs I have had since moving here.  It was hot and very humid and I felt tired and lethargic.  My feet got hot and I hate that.   Nothing really good except that it is done.

splits were:  8:33, 8:09, 8:16, 7:59

2 mile cool down

I fee quite good about this.  The last mile was hard, especially the last on segment but hard things are good.

87 degrees; lots of humidity; kiddos making me crazy after 1.5 hrs in the car- so I ran.

I hadn't planned on running today but it had been rough so I escaped for a few minutes tonight.  My first mile was 8:48 - obviously I had some steam to to burn off.  The first 5K was 26:30 and I was starting to get tired so tried to back off a little but not much.   Felt much better when I was done.

BTW - I had Chick-fil-a (#1 meal with a shake) and Whataburger for dinner - I am not feeling well at all.
