My first planned workout in a long time. I was heading over to the hills and did a 3 mile warm up. 4 repeats up a .3 mile good incline hill and then 4 sprints up the steepest section and then back to the hotel. Back home had some good gradual up hill as well.
Met the BBK's for one very last run. Dean was back from the Ironman and had done fantastic so it was fun to hear about his experience. It was great to see everyone and I didn't cry there, just once I was in the car on my way home.
